Waterproof XPS tile backer board
Waterproof XPS tile backer board has extruded polystyrene foam core. Both sides are coated with a polymer-modified cement coating and reinforced with glass fiber.
XPS Tile backer board dramatically improves the effectiveness of under tile heating systems. And it is also a highly efficient thermal insulator and vapour barrier.
XPS tile backer board is also a joy to use! It is lightweight, easy to cut and dimensionally stable. It is supplied in a variety of thicknesses. This is more than a surface for tiling onto - it is a construction material that opens up a wealth of creative possibilities on tight budgets.
